Freight Handlers/Unloaders Needed in Perris, CA - All Shifts Available

Apply now to join our team as a Warehouse Associate / Freight Handler / Unloader at humano. You will report directly to the Supervisor or Site Manager. Your main task will be unloading freight safely and efficiently, primarily using manual methods without powered equipment. You will operate under the guidance of Supervisors and Operations Management, handling freight, stock, or other materials.

Job Details:

• Location: Perris, CA
• 1st Shift: Monday-Saturday, 6:00 AM until completion (Overtime during peak season)
• 2nd Shift: Sunday to Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Overtime during peak season)
• Pay Rate: Average $22/hour, up to $23/hour, never less than $17/hour. Compensation is based on production.
• Humano offers Daily Pay with the option for instant access to earnings; payroll is bi-weekly.

Essential Functions:

• Unload and break down freight onto pallets per SOP
• Sort and organize freight by PO# and SKU#
• Operate material handling equipment as needed
• Perform sorting, repacking, labeling, and pallet repair
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Preferred previous warehouse experience
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Physical Demands:
