Job summary

Humano is seeking Freight Handlers/Unloaders for its Torrance, CA warehouse on a full-time 1st shift. Pay is productivity-based, with an average of $18.80/hour and a minimum of $17/hour.

Daily pay is offered, plus a $200 referral bonus and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off. Freight Handler / Warehouse Associate / Unloader

**Job Summary:**

Humano is currently seeking Freight Handlers/Unloaders for their warehouse site in Torrance, CA.. The Freight Handlers will be responsible for unloading retail items and ensuring efficient handling of products, unloading and palletizing shipped boxes.. This is a full-time position available for 1st shift. Employees will work 5 full time days. Pay rate is based on productivity. The average associate earns $18.80/hour but will never earn less than $17/hr.. Daily pay is offered along with a $200 employee referral bonus. Humano provides benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.

**Qualifications:**

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Experience in unloading, receiving, loading, forklift operation, and other warehouse duties
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety protocols
• Good physical condition to handle manual labor tasks
• Must live locally in the Torrance, CA area

Monday - Friday Full time 5am start
