Job summary

Humano is hiring Freight Handlers/General Laborers for a warehouse in Baytown, TX. This role focuses on unloading, hand loading, hand stacking, palletizing, and moving freight in a freezer/cold-climate environment. No prior warehouse experience required; training provided.

Schedule is Part-Time with Full-Time Options, with potential for more hours as demand grows. Base pay starts at $19 per hour, plus daily pay and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• No previous warehouse experience required
• Ability to lift approximately 25–75 lbs. by hand
• Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, stack, and move product
• Ability to work in a freezer/cold-climate environment
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, lift, and work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to safely stack product from floor level to above shoulder level
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work as part of a team
• Pallet Jack experience is preferred
• Standing forklift experience is preferred and will be considered a plus

Freight Handler – Hand Loader / Hand Stacker

Humano is seeking Freight Handlers/General Laborers for a warehouse operation. This is a hands-on manual labor position focused on unloading, hand loading, hand stacking, palletizing, and moving freight in a freezer/cold-climate warehouse environment.

No prior warehouse experience is required! We are willing to train dependable, hardworking individuals who are ready to work as part of a team.

This position is Part-Time with Full-Time Options, with the opportunity for an increase in hours once the workload fully picks up and the client is able to provide a clear and accurate weekly work forecast.

This position requires working in a freezer/cold-climate environment for periods ranging from approximately 1–12+ hours as needed, depending on the workload and operational requirements.

Boxes typically weigh approximately 25–75 lbs. and are manually loaded into trucks or stacked onto pallets.
