Job summary

Walmart in Spring Valley, IL is hiring for Freight Handling roles including Receiving, Unloading, Processing, Orderfilling and Shipping. This is a full-time position with a second shift on weekdays.

The hourly wage ranges from $22.10 to $25.60 with additional incentives and a comprehensive benefits package including health, 401(k), stock purchase and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Freight handling experience or willingness to perform Receiving, Unloading, Processing, Orderfilling and Shipping tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, process, and fill orders for shipping.
• Assist in stocking and organizing inventory at the facility.
• Maintain accuracy in order fulfillment and shipping procedures.

Job description

Hourly Wage

$22.1 - $25.6 per/hour

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation

Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
