Job summary

Capstone is seeking Warehouse Associates in Salisbury, NC for 2nd shift (4:30pm Finish). The role involves loading, unloading, selecting, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, and general housekeeping at our facilities.

You may be scheduled seven days a week with a pay range of $300-$700 per week. We value a high-energy, hard-working team and offer paid training, safety incentives, and opportunities to grow within the company, including traveling to other sites and a focus on keeping

Qualifications

• Fast-paced, physical warehouse work.
• Ability to lift 25-75 lbs.
• Prior warehouse or equipment experience preferred but training available.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods.
• Select, audit and repack items.
• Sort and palletize shipments.
• Maintain clean work areas.
• Perform duties as assigned by site leadership.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
