Job summary

Capstone is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Western Minnesota. The role involves a variety of warehouse tasks including loading, unloading, selecting, auditing and palletizing, performed in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Employees receive weekly pay and benefits after 60 days, with opportunities to join our travel team and see multiple sites. We promote from within and offer paid training and safety incentives, fostering a high-performance culture across our 650+ locations.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.
