Job summary

Capstone is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Charlotte, NC for 1st shift. You will perform a variety of warehouse duties including loading, unloading, selecting, and palletizing to support fast, accurate order fulfillment.

This role is fast-paced and physically demanding, lifting 25–75 lbs. We offer weekly pay, paid training, and growth opportunities within our high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry 25–75 lbs.
• High-energy with a strong work ethic.
• Prior warehouse/equipment experience preferred, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and freight.
• Select orders and palletize goods.
• Audit, repack, sort stock as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Follow site leadership directions and safety rules.

The Opportunity

Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements

High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
