Job summary

Buckle is seeking a part-time Freight Coordinator to support receiving, shipping, backroom maintenance, and daily store operations. You will help ensure accurate shipments, manage packing lists, and assist in keeping the floor stocked and presentable.

The role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and adherence to Buckle’s policies while handling shipments and backroom tasks during flexible hours.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Verify invoices against items received to ensure shipments are correct.
• Prepare and send alterations, layaways, or special orders to Guests via FedEx.
• Maintain shipment-related paperwork and organize transfer slips.
• Process and package items for shipping with proper box presentation.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area and assist on floor projects.
