NewCold Advanced Logistics in the Town of Poland is seeking a Freight Forwarder who will be responsible for organizing and coordinating domestic temperature-controlled transport operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in freight forwarding and possess strong planning and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a freight forwarder position, refrigerated transport is a plus.
• Knowledge of domestic freight forwarding regulations.
• Strong work organization and independence.

Freight Forwarder

Responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate domestic temperature‑controlled transport operations
• Plan and optimise transport orders
• Cooperate with carriers and develop a subcontractor base
• Manage own and external fleet, participating in its development
• Calculate transport costs and analyse profitability of orders
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and business partners
• Supervise operational documentation and prepare analyses and reports
• Perform tasks in accordance with the company’s procedures and policies

Requirements

• Experience in a freight forwarder position (refrigerated transport experience is an asset)
• Knowledge of the transport market and domestic freight forwarding regulations
• Good communicative knowledge of English
• Planning skills and analytical thinking
• Strong work organisation and ability to work independently
• Ability to build business relationships
• Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
