Job summary

Sam's Club in Severn, MD is hiring for a forklift/customer service role. You will safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks, assist members with purchasing decisions, and maintain inventory and displays across the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 90 days of forklift experience (or similar) is preferred.
• Must be able to safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and handle pallets per safety guidelines.
• Assist customers with product location and purchasing decisions.
• Maintain merchandising standards and stock levels on the sales floor.
• Process club pickup and ensure timely staging of orders.
• Support inventory control and report shrinkage or safety issues.
