Job summary

Sam's Club in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Warehouse Associate to operate forklifts, stock shelves, and assist members with purchases in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be expected to handle pallets safely and follow all safety policies.

You will receive and organize shipments from distribution centers, manage inventory flow, stage products for pickup, and maintain attractive, compliant merchandise displays while resolving member needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 90 days of prior forklift experience.
• Must be able to operate a pallet jack safely.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move pallets and merchandise safely.
• Receive stock, organize merchandise, and manage inventory flow.
• Provide member service, assist with self-service technology, and guide purchasing decisions.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and housekeeping standards on the sales floor.
• Support club pickup orders and audits for accuracy.
• Track inventory and report shrink or safety issues.
