Job summary

Walmart is seeking a dedicated associate for its Conway, AR facility to operate forklifts, assist customers, and support merchandising, inventory control, and store operations.

Qualifications

• 90 days of forklift experience and ability to safely use pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Customer service, retail experience, and supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates forklift following company standards and guidelines.
• Provides member service by assisting members with self-service technology and purchases.
• Maintains sales floor merchandising and displays per policy and seasonal promotions.
• Handles inventory, monitors stock levels, and reports shrinkage.
• Supports club pick-up orders and ensures timely staging.
• Ensures safety compliance and reports unsafe conditions.
