Job summary

Sam's West, Inc. in Omaha, NE is seeking a Warehouse/Stocker associate to receive, stock and merchandise products, operate forklifts safely, and assist members with self-service technology and purchasing decisions.

It requires attention to safety, inventory control, and timely handling of club pickup orders, while collaborating with managers and coworkers to ensure appealing displays and excellent member service throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• 90 days of prior forklift experience and certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks and move merchandise.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging needs and guiding purchases.
• Maintain safety and apply forklift procedures and hazardous-material handling rules.
• Keep sales floor merchandised, stocked, rotated, and displays tidy and compliant.
• Support club pickup orders and ensure timely staging and accuracy.
• Track inventory, report shrinkage, and assist with stock counts and paperwork.
• Collaborate with managers and coworkers to meet deadlines and priorities.
