Job summary

Sam's West, Inc. operates Sam's Club and serves members at the Lenexa location. The associate will safely operate forklifts, stock shelves, and assist members with purchases and self-checkout technologies.

Responsibilities include inventory control, merchandising, and ensuring safety and cleanliness on the sales floor. Qualified applicants will have forklift certification and be able to work with pallet jacks, with preferred experience in customer service and team supervision.

Qualifications

• Holds forklift certification and able to operate pallet jacks safely.
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Leadership experience in a team setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and pallet jacks following safety guidelines.
• Receive, stock, and display merchandise per store policies.
• Assist members with purchases and technology services where needed.
• Maintain facility safety, sanitation, and inventory accuracy.
• Handle club pickup orders and ensure timely staging and delivery of items.
