Qualifications

• 90 days of prior experience with forklift operation and the ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Complies with company policies and ethics standards by applying Open Door policy and executing business processes.
• Operates forklift to pick up, move, and position merchandise pallets following company standards.
• Completes tasks by prioritizing with managers, coworkers, and customers, meeting deadlines and providing progress updates.
• Receives stock from distribution centers and vendors, manages inventory flow and paperwork.
• Provides member service, assists with self-service tech, and helps customers with purchases.
• Maintains facility safety by conducting safety sweeps and following forklift procedures.
• Maintains sales floor and merchandising, stocking and displaying products, and ensuring promotional displays.
• Fills club pickup orders and audits inventory accuracy as needed.
• Tracks inventory, reduces shrink, and reports stock issues.
• Operates forklifts safely and reports any equipment problems to management.
• Proactively helps customers with technology services and identifies shrink opportunities.
