Job summary

Sam's Club in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Warehouse/Forklift Associate to receive, stock, merchandise, and fulfill club pickup orders while delivering high levels of member service.

You will operate forklifts, manage inventory flow, and maintain displays, safety, and sanitation standards in a fast-paced retail environment. 18+ with forklift certification; retail/customer service experience preferred. Competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 90 days of prior forklift experience with certification.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred: customer service or retail background.

Responsibilities

• Operates forklift and pallet handling following company standards.
• Receives, shelves, and displays merchandise; maintains inventory flow.
• Provides member service and assists with self-service technology and purchases.
• Maintains store safety, cleanliness, and proper sanitation; reports hazards.
• Supports club pickup orders and staging; assists with audits for accuracy.
• Monitors stock levels and shrinkage; coordinates with teammates and managers.
