Job summary

Sam's Club in Davenport, IA is hiring for a forklift-certified associate to support operations on the sales floor and backroom. You will safely operate forklifts, receive and stock merchandise, assist members with purchases and technology services, and maintain clean, organized displays.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety protocols, processing club pick up orders, and helping minimize shrinkage while delivering strong customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 90 days of forklift certification required.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise safely and efficiently.
• Experience in customer service and retail environment is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift following safety standards and guidelines.
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise and supplies across the facility.
• Provide member service and assist customers with purchases and services.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance across the store floor.
• Maintain merchandising displays, pricing, and product rotation.
• Assist with club pick up orders and inventory accuracy.
• Identify shrinkage and inventory issues and report to management.
• Engage customers with technology services and help where needed.
