Job summary

Walmart in Midland, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our fulfillment team. You will safely operate forklifts, stage and stock merchandise, and ensure accurate inventory while delivering friendly member service.

You will assist customers with purchases, maintain a clean, safe work floor, follow company policies, and support club pickup orders. Previous forklift certification and 18+ years old are required; experience with pallet jacks is a plus.

Qualifications

• 90 days of prior forklift experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely following company standards and forklift procedures.
• Receive stocks and organize merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers.
• Provide member service by assisting customers with purchases and self-service technology.
• Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety checks and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandising presentation, stock and rotate merchandise, and stage club pickup orders.
• Track inventory, reduce shrink, and report low stock levels.
