Job summary

CPG Freight Logistics is seeking a motivated Dispatch team member in an in-person setting in Orlando to drive freight opportunities and grow our carrier network. You will negotiate rates, coordinate with dispatch, and strive to meet monthly sales goals while maintaining strong CRM records.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with shippers, excellent communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight brokerage, trucking sales, or logistics.
• Existing shipper relationships are a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate freight opportunities for our carrier network.
• Negotiate rates with customers while maintaining profitability.
• Coordinate with dispatch and operations to ensure excellent service.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
• Prospect and develop new shipping customers.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
