Pay Rates for Mechanical Craft:


Freight Car Repairer:

  • 1st 40 Days: $20.44 (50%)
  • Next 204 Days: $30.66 (75%)
  • Next 244 Days: $32.70 (80%)
  • After 2 Years/488 Days: $40.88 (100%)

Union Electrician:

  • 1st 40 Days: 50%
  • Next 204 Days: 75%
  • Next 244 Days: 80%
  • After 2 Years/488 Days: $40.98 (100%)

Union Machinist:

  • 1st 40 Days: 50%
  • Next 204 Days: 75%
  • Next 244 Days: 80%
  • After 2 Years/488 Days: $41.02 (100%)

Mechanical Laborer:

  • First 12 Months: 75% of F&O rate
  • Second 12 Months: 80% of F&O rate
  • After 24 Months: $33.87
