Key Responsibilities

Negotiate rates based on market conditions and provide operational support
Utilize CRM and TMS systems to maintain relationships and track performance
Required Qualifications
Minimum of one year of experience as a broker or transportation solutions provider
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for full support in building a book of business
Experience using CRM and TMS systems (e.g., McLeod)
Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday
