This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration (3 days) with remote work (2 days) across the North American organization.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in accounting, strong MS Office skills, and 2+ years in people management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/business administration/economics/data analytics or equivalent.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• 2+ years of team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end freight accounting including reserves for NA factories and distribution centers.
• Lead month-end close and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Drive process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
