Job summary

Gordon Food Service in Concord, NC is seeking a Warehouse Selector to join our distribution team. You will select and process orders in a fast-paced center, lifting up to 100 pounds and working in freezer environments as needed.

Starting pay is $21.90/hour with two pay raises in your first year, and you’ll operate on a Sunday-Thursday schedule with weekends off. We offer competitive benefits, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends and overtime.
• Work in extreme cold or hot conditions in a freezer environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and process orders in the distribution center.
• Lift up to 100 pounds and work on your feet for long shifts.
• Complete training with the dedicated training team.
• Support everyday warehouse operations as needed.
