Staffmark is hiring for a Freezer Warehouse Forklift Operator in Flower Mound, TX. The role involves safely operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts and EPJs, loading/unloading, and keeping inventory accurate in a cold storage setting.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts and EPJs in a freezer warehouse.
• Load and unload products from trailers, docks and staging areas.
• Move, store, stage, and replenish inventory to support shipping and warehouse operations.
• Accurately scan, track, and document inventory movements using warehouse systems and RF scanners.
• Perform order movement, replenishment and material handling tasks to support customer orders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper product placement and handling procedures.
• Follow all company safety policies, GMP requirements and warehouse operating standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while meeting productivity goals.
• Assist with general warehouse and distribution duties as needed.

• Ability to follow GMPs, warehouse procedures, and safety regulations.
• Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or on a team.
• Experience using RF scanners, inventory tracking systems, and warehouse management processes.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to work for extended periods in a freezer environment with temperatures as low as -6°F.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and climb throughout the shift.
• Must be able to wear required PPE, including freezer gear, gloves, and steel-toe footwear.
• Comfortable operating material handling equipment for extended periods in cold conditions.
