Job summary

C&S Wholesale Services, LLC is hiring for a 1st shift Repack Associate in Miami, FL. You will process damaged/returned products, repack salvageable items, and prepare shipments while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Training is paid, and benefits begin day one, with opportunities for career growth within a large grocery wholesaler.

Responsibilities

• Manage proper processing of damaged and returned product.
• Receive over-shipments and damaged items for salvage via repackaging.
• Stack unsellable products on pallets, shrink wrap, and load for shipment to other facility.
• Maintain records of returned products from inbound trailers.
• Keep work area clean and sanitary by sweeping, mopping, and stacking.
• Occasional lifting of varying case weights and heights.
• Follow all material handling equipment safety procedures.

You’ll contribute your strong attention to detail to sustainability efforts by repurposing damaged items, examining goods for defects and providing our customers with the highest quality products.

Job Description

• Earn $18 per hour
• 1st Shift (Sun - Thurs 6AM - 2:30PM)
• 3300 NW 123rd St. Miami, FL

You will contribute by:

• Managing the proper processing of damaged and returned product
• Receiving over-shipments and damaged product from customers and the warehouse to repack what is salvageable
• Stacking product that cannot be sold to the customers on a pallet, shrink wrapping and loading on a trailer to be shipped to another facility
• Maintaining record of returned products from inbound trailers
• Keeping work area clean and sanitary by sweeping and mopping floors and stacking product
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
• Having the ability and willingness to follow all material handling equipment safe operating procedures

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
• Walking various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
