Harry & David is seeking a Freezer Picker for the 2nd shift to accurately pick finished gifts with an RF scanner in a cold storage area (-10° to 40°). Your role includes inputting data into the warehouse management system and ensuring correct SKUs and quantities are loaded for staging.

Responsibilities cover palletizing, complying with SQF standards, and maintaining reliable attendance. Cold environment and long-shift endurance are required for this position.

Formación

• 6+ months experience working in a distribution center desirable.
• Basic reading and math skills (counting, matching, adding, subtracting, and multiplying) required.
• PC skills or previous inventory scanning equipment experience required.
• Some high school education required.

PHYSICAL DEMAND AND WORK EFFORT

• Utilize a hand-jack and/or forklift in a controlled and safe environment
• Able to lift 20-30 lbs. continuously, and 50lbs. occasionally
• Able to climb stairs in cooler and freezer
• Able to maintain reasonable and reliable attendance
