The Material Handler is responsible fo r the accurate and safe movement of all materials, ingredients, and packaging throughout the facility, maintaining inventory integrity and supporting all production and warehouse departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and ship trucks using established processes.
• Move materials, ingredients, and packaging accurately throughout the facility.
• Scan and record all material movements in the ERP or WMS system.
• Label materials, record locations, and assist with inventory and cycle counts.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Follow all warehouse safety, GMP, and food safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse setting or logistics; experience safely operating material handling equipment preferred.
• Must be able to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English and work independently with little guidance.
• Ability to operate computers and relevant warehouse management software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; ability to bend and lift heavy materials up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to pull, push, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, balance, and perform extensive walking throughout the shift.
• Ability to reach with hands and arms for long periods.
