C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Freezer Shipping Clerk to verify and record outgoing shipments in a cold dock environment. You will handle shipping documents, weigh items, and communicate with teams to resolve discrepancies, with attention to safety and accuracy.

The role requires at least six months of warehouse experience, familiarity with pallet jacks, and strong teamwork. Competitive pay starts at $18 per hour with freezer differential, paid training, and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Attendance, General Equivalency Diploma - General Studies, High School Diploma - General Studies.
• Strong planning and execution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route products
• Recording shipping data, such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, and record keeping purposes
• Conferring and corresponding with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damage and non-conformance to specifications
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
