Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers in York, PA seeks a Freezer Loader to join our fast-paced warehouse team. You will load orders onto trailers for delivery to local stores, operate pallet jacks and RF devices, and ensure pallets are secure.

The role is full-time, 1st shift starting 6:00 am, with a Wednesday–Sunday schedule. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO and paid training.

• 1+ year experience operating material handling equipment.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow standard safety procedures.
• Team-oriented with a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Operate electric pallet jacks and other equipment.
• Inspect trailers before loading product.
• Verify orders with RF handhelds or voice headsets.
• Load full pallets and secure them to prevent damage.
• Perform equipment inspections and document results.
• Occasionally lift 1–60 lbs and work on varied surfaces.

Position Overview

As a Freezer Loader, you’ll be part of a productive team, tasked with loading orders onto trailers for delivery to local stores. Job Description

Earn $19 per hour. Full Time - 1st shift - 6:00am start until done. Schedule will be Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday. Location - 4875 N Susquehanna Trail, York, PA 17406.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing electric pallet jacks and other equipment
• Completing inspection of trailers before loading any product
• Verifying loading of orders by RF handhelds and/or voice headsets
• Loading full pallets of merchandise into trailers & ensuring pallets are secured properly to avoid damages
• Performing equipment inspections & completion of appropriate form
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
