Dessert Holdings Inc. is seeking a Freezer Operator for the 2nd shift to manage WIP in the freezer, ensure proper storage, and support production flow. You will uphold quality standards and safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write in English or Spanish.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in freezer environments and GMP/SQF awareness.
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Count work in process from production place into WIP Freezer.
• Ensure product is covered and properly put away and tracked by qty and location.
• Conduct cycle counts daily for inventory accuracy.
• Stage WIP product for operations.
• Track qty and product in and out of the WIP Freezer.
• Maintain quality control; no damaged product allowed into freezer.
• Operate within SOPs and safely use pallet jacks.
• Complete shift logs of product in and out of WIP freezer.
• Keep work area clean at all times; lock out equipment when not in use.
• Follow SQF, HACCP, and GMP practices to ensure safety and quality.
