Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking an ICQA Auditor to help ensure outbound accuracy at our facility in York, PA. You will validate product against orders, assist with pallet checks, and support ICQA leadership with data entry via handheld scanners.

The role is Full Time, Day shift, 8am–5:30pm, with occasional overtime as needed. Pay starts at $19.28 per hour with freezer differential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with warehouse/inventory management systems and software preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak proficiently.
• Must be able to work to the end of shift and overtime as needed to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Unloading pallets by operating electronic pallet jack or identifying sample pallet not yet loaded.
• Completing quality checks related to pallet construction (wrapped, stacked, correct orientation).
• Manually moving cases of product in/out warehouse racks.
• Inspecting trailer conditions when necessary.
• Providing information to ICQA lead who enters information into iPad.
• Validating product against orders using handheld scanner.
• Reloading product on pallet onto trailer/return to warehouse team when counts align.
• Ensuring documentation and record-keeping accuracy for warehouse inventory.
• Correcting errors as directed by ICQA lead.
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the warehouse.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
