Job summary

Sam’s Club in Jonesboro, AR is seeking a freezer, cooler, and deli stocker to ensure product availability, stock displays, and maintain cleanliness and safety across the freezer, cooler, and deli areas. You will engage with members to assist with purchases and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining temperature controls, identifying expiring items, and supporting safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer/cooler/deli area according to company policies and procedures.
• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and assisting with purchasing decisions and resolving issues.
• Follow company policies related to the freezer/cooler area including cleaning and reporting issues to management.
