Job summary

Sam's Club in North Little Rock, AR is seeking a dedicated Stocker for the Freezer, Cooler, and Deli area. You will stock, maintain product quality, and ensure a clean, safe, member-ready environment.

Your friendly customer service will support member satisfaction and store operations on the Sales Floor. You will follow safety and Cold Chain procedures, assist with merchandising and pricing, and participate in audits and daily housekeeping to keep the deli area in top condition.

Qualifications

• Experience with stocking and customer service.
• Ability to maintain high member satisfaction.
• Ability to adapt to change and think creatively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps; forklift spotting; proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials; reporting unsafe situations to Management.
• Maintain the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area by handling claims and returns; zoning the area; stocking merchandise; setting up and cleaning displays; removing damaged goods; pricing correctly; completing audits and logs.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchases, and promoting products and services.
• Follow company policies for Freezer/Cooler area: food handling, equipment sanitation, Cold Chain procedures, area cleanliness, and report issues to Management.
