Job summary

Americold Logistics, LLC. is seeking a Warehouse Order Selector to assemble cases from pick slots for store orders daily, using Talkman and pallet jack in a cold environment.

You will load, label, palletize and move finished loads to the dock, with safety, accuracy and efficiency as priorities. The role requires lifting 60–80 lbs and adapting to 32°F–-40°F conditions, four days on, three days off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Lifts 60–80 lbs and works in cold environments (32°F to -40°F).
• Reliable, accurate and safety-focused in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and load the voice template into the Talkman for warehouse picking locations; verify store numbers and quantities.
• Secure, palletize and label orders; move assembled pallets to dock or staging area.
• Perform vehicle safety inspections and report unsafe conditions; uphold health and safety standards.
• Assist in maintaining warehouse security and a clean, safe work environment.
