Overview

Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate at Sam's Club. Base pay range $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This range is provided by Sam's Club. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

What you'll do

The role supports the freezer, cooler, and deli operations and requires a focus on safety, sanitation, and customer service.

• Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe conditions to Management.
• Maintain the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area, including handling claims and returns, stocking merchandise, setting up and organizing displays, removing damaged goods, pricing merchandise, and completing required documentation.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues.
• Follow Company policies related to the Freezer/Cooler area, including food handling policies, equipment sanitation, Cold Chain procedures, and reporting issues to Management.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.
