Position Summary

Sam's Club is seeking a Freezer, Cooler, and Deli Stocker Associate. In this role you will keep freezers and cooler sections stocked, ensure product quality, and provide customer service in the deli area. You will support safe storage practices and assist members with product selections.

Base Pay

$17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Stock freezers, coolers, and deli products, maintaining temperature control and verifying expiration dates.
• Keep shelves clean and displays organized; ensure products packed in proper containers.
• Handle member inquiries and provide deli service, ensuring a friendly experience.
• Maintain a safe work environment, including proper forklift spotting and handling hazardous materials.
• Participate in safety sweeps and report unsafe conditions.

Qualifications

• Certified Food Service Safety Management System (FSMS) preferred.
• Minimum age 18.
• Good communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing work scenarios and solve problems.

Preferred Experience

• Previous stocker or deli experience.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of cold‑chain procedures.
