Overview

Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Position Summary: Join the freezer, cooler, and deli team to help keep shelves stocked and ensure the operations and sanitary conditions of freezers and coolers. In the deli department, you will be on the front lines of customer service to contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safety of Facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines; conducts safety sweeps; follows forklift spotting procedures; handles and disposes of hazardous materials properly; reports unsafe situations to Management.
• Maintains the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area per company policies; receives and stocks merchandise; sets up, cleans and organizes product displays; removes damaged goods; signs and prices merchandise; completes required audits and paperwork; secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues; promotes Company products and services.
• Follows policies related to Freezer/Cooler area, including food handling, equipment operation/repair/sanitation, Cold Chain procedures, cleaning, and reporting issues to Management.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in specific circumstances (e.g., schedule, facility, season).
