Schedule is 40 hours per week, four 10-hour days, with overtime potential. Compensation is $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience; benefits include health coverage, 401(k) with match, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass physical, hair follicle drug screen and background check.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to ~50 lbs and handle equipment.
• Climb on/off railcars, ladders and platforms.
• Wear required PPE without restriction.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance.
• Military experience and detailed procedures experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review track lists to identify railcars for spotting, loading, or outbound movement.
• Safely connect, secure, and position railcars by setting brakes and verifying couplings.
• Separate loaded, empty, and pre-loaded cars to support yard flow.
• Verify weights of inbound/outbound railcars for compliance.
• Operate switches, derails and trackside equipment for safe movements.
• Communicate with crew using radio, signals, and indicators.
• Perform additional tasks to support safe, reliable rail operations.

Duties

• Perform additional tasks as needed to support safe, reliable, and efficient rail operations

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
