Role Description

As a skilled makeup artist, you will combine your creativity and technical expertise to provide a welcoming, inspiring, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers. You will work as part of a high-performing team to create impactful in-store events and ensure the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against competitors.

This role is ideal for a dynamic self-starter seeking a career in prestige beauty. While certification or retail makeup experience is desirable, we also welcome applicants with amateur experience. We offer excellent training, development, and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail makeup or amateur makeup skills demonstrating high creative and technical ability.
• Ability to provide personalized, authentic customer service.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proof of legal right to work in the country upon interview invitation.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range is $24.80 to $37.20 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and location. The role includes participation in bonus programs, share incentives, health insurance, wellness programs, retirement plans, paid leave, holidays, and other benefits.
