Qualifications

• 3+ years building production sites in Webflow from scratch.
• Real CMS Collections experience with collection templates and dynamic filtering.
• Comfort with custom code embeds and JavaScript for Webflow limits.
• Experience connecting forms to a CRM or marketing automation platform through webhooks.
• Technical SEO fundamentals and page performance knowledge.
• Overlap with US Central time for weekly calls and quick response on urgent fixes.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain pages on spinsci.ai in Webflow
• Launch campaign, webinar, and event landing pages, often on a fast turnaround
• Structure and manage CMS Collections for blog, resources, case studies, and events so the marketing team can publish without a developer in the loop
• Connect Webflow forms to our CRM and marketing automation platform (Zoho) using native integrations and webhooks
• Implement and QA conversion tracking across GA4, Google Ads, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag
• Handle on-page technical SEO: meta fields on CMS templates, schema markup, 301 redirects, sitemap control, and page speed
• Keep the class system and design system clean, consistent, and documented

Must Have

• 3+ years building production sites in Webflow from scratch, not from purchased templates
• Real CMS Collections experience, including collection templates and dynamic filtering
• Comfort with custom code embeds and JavaScript for the things Webflow cannot do natively
• Experience connecting forms to a CRM or marketing automation platform through webhooks
• Technical SEO fundamentals and a working understanding of page performance
• Enough overlap with US Central time for a weekly call and same-day response on urgent fixes
