Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Craft Agency Ltd. in New York seeks a web build specialist to turn approved Figma designs into live Webflow sites. You’ll ensure responsive, high-performance builds across devices and collaborate with designers to translate intent into code.
You’ll configure CMS structures, integrate forms and analytics, and optimize for technical SEO and performance. A hybrid work setup and a daily rate of $650–$850 are offered, with an ASAP start and potential temp-to-perm.
You’d be the web build specialist inside a small interdisciplinary studio – roughly a dozen people spanning branding, design, web, and production.
The studio works with culture-driving brands across consumer goods, fashion, art, and technology: globally recognised names in automotive and apparel alongside fast-growing challengers in food and beauty. Much of the work you’d build starts as brand-new identities, designed in-house by the same people you’d sit beside.
You’ll convert approved Figma designs into live Webflow sites that feel as intentional in the browser as they did on the artboard. That means responsive, high-performing builds across desktop, tablet, and mobile, and the judgment to flag where execution could improve the original.
You’ll configure CMS architecture, dynamic content structures, and third-party integrations like forms and analytics. You’ll handle technical SEO and performance optimisation, and build animations and interactions that earn their place. You’ll work directly with the designers who made the work – spotting opportunities, asking the right questions, and taking feedback.
You live in Webflow day to day and have live sites to prove it. Your front-end fundamentals are solid – HTML, CSS, Flexbox, CSS Grid – and you’re fluent in CMS collections, technical SEO, and performance work. You’ve been embedded with designers before and know how to translate intent without flattening it. Basic JavaScript is a bonus, not a requirement.
