Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain visual standards using global VM guidelines and seasonal launches.
• Optimize store presentation to improve customer flow and sell-through.
• Communicate merchandising priorities to store leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Work with cross-functional teams across diverse store environments.
• Manage monthly scheduling to meet deadlines for visits and deliverables.
• Submit store visit reports with photos and feedback via Winston App.
