Qualifications

Freelance Video Editor & Motion Designer

Collier.Simon is an independent creative agency based in LA, working remotely on west coast hours. We collaborate with client partners to develop creative solutions across various industries, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to emerging brands.

We are seeking freelance Video Editors with experience in video editing and motion design for social and digital advertising. Projects include short and long-form videos, animations, and sizzle reels.

Requirements:

• Experience working with a team to complete videos on tight schedules
• Ability to present and share video links with supervisors and clients
• Thrives in collaborative environments and can work independently
• Critical thinking and ability to work under pressure
• Experience in fast-paced environments
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Deliver polished designs to technical specs from inception to final delivery, reporting to the Head of Production
• Create client assets that are strategically sound, aesthetically pleasing, brand-appropriate, and aligned with creative strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in making short and long-form videos and sizzle reels
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects and Premiere
• Experience with Figma is a plus
• Familiarity with Wrike, Slack, and Google Drive
• Availability to work PST hours
