We’re looking to collaborate with a charismatic, camera-ready freelance Video Content Creator to produce high-performing content mainly for Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn. You’ll be the face of our social media video content—appearing on camera in engaging, often humorous, and educational videos aimed at a B2B audience. You’ll ideate, script, shoot, and edit approximately 6 videos a month—turning product features into compelling stories. If you understand platform-specific trends, know how to grab attention in the first few seconds, and can communicate tech topics in a relatable, entertaining way—we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the on-camera face and voice of our video content, delivering it in a confident, natural, and often humor-driven style.

  • Create, script, film, and edit engaging video content (5–30 min guides, Shorts, Reels) for Meta, YouTube and LinkedIn — tailored to each platform and campaign objective.

  • Produce approx. 6 videos monthly, with a mix of ~70% brand awareness content (short, creative hooks) and ~30% consideration-stage content (walkthroughs, guides).

  • Turn product features into compelling, educational stories that resonate with our target B2B audience.

  • Follow social media trends and apply best practices in editing, scripting, and video structure to maximize reach and engagement.

  • Use analytics to track video performance and continuously refine your creative approach.

  • Maintain consistency with Tidio’s tone of voice and support our broader goal: growing subscription increases through authentic, value-driven content.

  • Collaboration with people dedicated to ads management at Tidio.


Requirements:

  • Comfortable and ready to go on camera, creating and presenting educational content with a strong on-screen presence (humor, storytelling, authenticity).

  • Experience creating content, with emphasis on video creation in the B2B SaaS sector.

  • Ability to create ~6 high-quality video assets monthly, balancing brand consistency with creativity and platform fit.

  • Skilled in scriptwriting, filming, and editing using various video tools.

  • Knowledge of optimizing video content for social platforms.

  • Up-to-date with social media trends, especially UGC-style, short-form formats, and attention-grabbing hooks.

  • Strong storytelling skills tailored to professional and B2B audiences.

  • Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to measure video performance and campaign results.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.

Bonus points:

  • Experience creating tutorials and SaaS product feature presentations in a clear and engaging way.

We would like to offer you:

  • $400-$500 per video, billed per deliverable.

  • Project-based collaboration with the potential to scale into a more regular or extended partnership based on results.

  • If the cooperation proves effective, we’re open to renting studio space to support your production setup.

  • We’ll provide around 5 hours of product training to walk you through key features. In addition, we ask for 5–10 hours of self-directed work — including preparation and production of your first videos.
