Freelance UX Designer - Remote

Our client is a tech-forward advertising agency that’s known for creating bold, innovative digital experiences for leading consumer brands. As their project workload grows, they’re looking to bring on a Freelance UX Designer to support upcoming campaigns.

As a UX Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating thoughtful, user-centered design solutions for digital projects. You’ll have the chance to work alongside smart, ambitious teams and help shape digital experiences that blend creativity with functionality.

Key responsibilities:

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs that enhance engagement and usability
• Design and optimize UX flows for websites, web applications, and digital campaigns
• Collaborate closely with creative and development teams to ensure a seamless user experience
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools and functionality into digital experiences where it enhances usability and engagement
• Conduct research to inform user-friendly designs that align with both client goals and regulatory requirements
• Ensure accessibility and usability best practices are applied across all digital touchpoints
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and accessibility standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of UX design experience, ideally within an advertising or digital agency
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX deliverables across a range of digital platforms
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design/prototyping tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to present design decisions clearly
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across distributed teams

Details:

• Utilization: up to 20 hours per week
• Rate: $65–$80 per hour (based on experience)
