CCI Group is a small woman-owned language services provider committed to making written content accessible, clear, and culturally relevant across all languages. We support local and national organizations with high-quality translations in a variety of subject areas and formats.

We are currently expanding our pool of freelance translators to support ongoing and upcoming translation projects.

Requirements

Languages Needed (including but not limited to):

• Spanish
  
• Chinese (Simplified and Traditional)
  
• Russian
  
• Korean
  
• Vietnamese
  
• Tagalog
  
• Somali
  
• Lao
  
• Farsi
  
• Japanese
  

Translation files may include:

• Public-facing forms and letters
  
• Government publications and outreach materials
  
• System-generated notices
  
• Legal or compliance-related content
  
• Community-specific documents
  
• Emergency alerts and urgent communications
  
• General informational content
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of translation experience
  
• Native or near-native fluency in both source and target language(s)
  
• Strong attention to linguistic and cultural accuracy
  
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow formatting guidelines
  
• Familiarity with CAT tools like Trados or MemoQ preferred
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience translating legal, government, or public service content
  
• Membership in recognized translator associations (e.g., ATA)
