Craft Agency Ltd. is seeking Senior Web Designers for a leading tech company in San Francisco. You will work across design projects, taking work from idea through to a polished final product, using an AI coding agent and looping through 2-3 rounds of critique.

This is a fully remote, hourly freelance role where you choose projects and hours, designed to fit around other commitments. Portfolio and taste come first; you should have a sharp eye for good digital experiences.

Job description

We're working with a leading tech company in San Francisco that is building its network of Senior Web Designers, people with a creative eye and a technical touch.

The Role

You'll be working across multiple design projects, building real websites and digital products - taking work from idea through to a polished final product.

You'll start by designing, building, QA'ing and iterating using an AI coding agent; then you'll document the thinking behind your design decisions, push the work until it meets a high visual and UX bar and critique versions of the work over 2-3 rounds.

The Person
