A leading marketing agency in Chicago seeks a Freelance - Senior Experience Analyst to enhance customer experiences through data-driven insights. YOUR ROLE:
The Senior Experience Analyst leverages a keen interest in CRM, a strong technical background and experience working with large datasets to generate actionable insights that improve the current marketing and communication programs and associated customer journey. The analyst works with multidisciplinary teams to define solutions at the intersection of strategy, technology, culture and channel.
This position partners closely with the Account and Strategy teams to create and communicate opportunities which enhance the customer experience, drive increased engagement and provide higher return on campaigns.
The Senior Experience Analyst has the ability to work with Marketing Sciences management to make critical, real-time adjustments to communications strategies. This individual is expected to continuously seek out, learn about and actively use new marketing channels, technologies, tools and methods and be able to apply this experience to innovate solutions aligned with client objectives. Resourcefulness, curiosity, passion and fearlessness are required traits.

RAPP's current hybrid model is designed to enable in-person connections and collaboration that is core to our culture, while also supporting flexibility for all employees. As such, we have the option to work from home two days per week, if we'd like.
A reasonable estimate of the salary for this role, at the time of posting, is $50-$60/hr. This range is specific to Chicago and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc.
