Responsibilities

• Define data scope, structure, and taxonomy for various entities such as Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities.
• Ensure logical and business consistency of data, including realistic personas and typical scenarios across different business functions.
• Advise on platform-specific nuances, including historical data and table relationships that impact agent/model learning.
• Prepare, transform, and upload synthetic datasets to the platform while ensuring all entities and metadata are correct.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during data preparation and loading.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree in any field with 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Advanced (C1) level of English or above.
• Knowledge of SalesForce and experience as a Data Engineer or Data Analyst.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce objects and data structures, including Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities, as well as Salesforce APIs.
• Ability to learn new methods quickly and adapt to complex guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automating data generation, transformation, and validation using scripts or ETL processes.
