Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser in Chadron, NE to stock, replenish, and merchandise products, execute displays, and ensure planogram compliance across assigned stores. This independent contractor role offers flexible, project-based hours and the chance to work with leading retail brands and store teams.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable using smartphones for reporting.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and move throughout retail environments.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Comfortable working in cold store environments including freezers.
• Experience in retail, merchandising, or consumer packaged goods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives.
• Build relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and product placement.
• Complete store visit reports with photos using mobile reporting tools.
• Communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and store visits to meet deadlines.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives.
